Hey pups and handlers! 🐾
We've been busy behind the scenes and have some updates we need your eyes on before August 14–16 at Camp TRC.
📋 The Draft Schedule Is Live!
Our weekend is taking shape — from Friday's welcome meet & sniff, to Saturday's pup games, puppy swim, and the Bad Dog Party, to a relaxed Sunday send-off. Take a look and start planning:

It's still a draft, so times and locations may shift with weather and site conditions — but now's a great time to get excited.
✅ Please Check Your Details
Head to the attendee list and confirm your entry is correct:

Specifically, please double-check:
• 🏷 Tag Name — Is it spelled exactly how you want it? Engraving takes time, and we want your tag to be perfect.
• 🚌 Bus — Planning to ride with the pack? Make sure your Bus column says "Yes."
• ⛺ Site Assignment — Does it show your full site and spot letter (for example, Site 7-7E )?
⚠️ If your Site Assignment shows "TBD" — or has a site number but no letter (like just Site 2 ) — we don't have you fully placed yet. Please fill out the update form so we can get you sorted:

🍽 A Note on Food
You'll notice the schedule includes meals throughout the weekend. A vegetarian option will be available at our catered meals. However, if you have other dietary needs or restrictions, please plan and pack your camping meals accordingly — we can't guarantee every dish will suit every diet.
Thanks for helping us get everything dialed in before camp. Don't be the pup we're chasing down in August — take two minutes to check your details today! 🐕
Wags and woofs,
The K9 Campout Crew
